The army issue ACU medium rucksack is the next level to the 3-Day Assault pack using a lightweight frame and a larger bag. The medium ruck is a great size when you need more space or have a heavier load but do not need as much as a full rucksack. The frame is made the same as the larger ruck with comfortable padded shoulder straps and a hip belt to keep you going all day.
