USED G.I. COMPLETE SHELTER HALF - PUP TENT
This is the real deal U.S. canvas pup tent which was the standard ground troop tent for decades. Includes 2 button or snap together canvas "shelter halves", 2 -three piece GI wooden pup tent poles, 8 stakes, and 2 ropes for the end poles. Shelter Halves themselves are in very good condition with no holes or tears. Poles, and stakes are in used good to very good condition. Ropes could be new or used.
There may be some light corrosion around the shelter half snaps or buttons, but this will not affect the performance of the unit. When the tent is put together it measures 7 feet x 5 feet and will sleep 2 comfortably. A rare find. Own a piece of military history! Please note: There is NO floor in the military pup tents.
PLEASE NOTE: The shelter halves are made of a heavy cotton fabric and might need to be re-treated for waterproofing purposes. Sets could be either button together, or snap together. If you must have one or the other, please call us before ordering to see which style is available at the time of your order.
